Photoshop Help?

Hey guys, I need some one to make me a Concert Flyer in Photoshop. It can be with any band/ musical person/group.

I need it to look like this. With pretty much the same info except the dates and stuff.


My Laptop died and this pc cant run photoshop. I think it will be easy for anyone who uses photoshop.
