please help how can i change a laser diode in a ps3 ? do i have to do anything special to put it in ?

You cannot reliably replace a laser diode. You need a BRIR diode but the wavelengths need to be right. Not worth it trust me!

Buy a laser from the places in my laser rerplacement thread :)

Here you go mate. Hope it helps you. The laser needs to be replaced all as one unit. This only covers the KES 400a. I`ll do a 450a when I get time.

Have a read anyway :)
