yeah after i installed it, i couldnt load my save because it said it was made in a later version of skyrim
and i checked my skyrim and it was version 1.0.5.0, before it was 1.2.0.7
did you give me the wrong patch lol

to downgrade from 1.2.0.7 to 1.0.5.0 you need to parse the save file with the skyrim tool

or hex edit the header file with a hex editor :)

then you can load the save on 1.0.5.0 ^_^

wait what
so basically what happened was, after deleting my 1.5 update, and installing the 1.6 update you gave me
it basically downgraded my skyrim and made it go from 1.2.0.7 to 1.0.5.0
or maybe the update didnt install properly in the first place

You need to read the whole thread before you post lol

skyrim 1.0-1.5 can play on any of the versions from 1.0-1.5. but to do this you need to change the header file to include the magic number 7.

skyrim 1.6-1.7 can interchange between 1.6-1.7 also, but can not go 1.0-1.5.

skyrim 1.8 is different again.

my question now is.....what is the lowest version of skyrim that your save will load from?

if it is anywhere between 1.0-1.5, then you can go between 1.0-1.5. BUT you need to modify the header (the skyrim tool does this for you)

ok thanks, im trying to go 1.5 - 1.6
my save loads on 1.5

hey seif, can you convert this ps3 save to pc for me? i would really appriciate it, i cant wait for dawngaurd any longer. i would do it myself but my cfw ps3 isent a true blue its a a non dongle rogero 4.30 v2.03. is there any way to do it without true blue cfw and with a non true blue cfw?

I have got a not-cwf-ed ps3 slim (original, without jailbreaking). I have two saved games (original structure: icon0.png, param.prd, param.sfo, pic1.png and sys-data [10 MB]) that I want to convert to Skyrim PC version (Purchased on Steam). Because I want to run it without the best graphic options and some interesting mods.

Can you convert this files? (sys-data from PS3 to PC version). How can we do it? (Donation, etc.). My email is tarod76@gmail.com
