Hello to everybody... this would be my first post since I became a ps3 scener, also my english is a little bit rusty since here in my country is tough to practice with someone... anyways Iīll get to the point i want to make....
I understand we are all impatient about this new JB2 and want to have answers ASAP, however we have to remember what happened last year with all th buzz caused by the first ps3 jailbreak.. WE made such a big deal that finally after many many years sony was defeated.. so what did sony do.. he went after all of our beloved devs.. putting some of them behind bars or at least with a big court bill to pay for...so even though SONY won the war (up until now, i like to think), we hav to learn from our mistakes and donīt let him take our freedom again... we all pay for our ps3 and games and is our right to us it and mod it whatver way we feel to...sooo letīs keep it quite and leave it to the experts, I am pretty sure that GAry and others are working towards getting this done so we can all benefit. but if sony finds out game is ovr for new game releases.
If anyone has the skills to help to get it done, use pm with gary and offer your help.

Real FSELFs are never encrypted. You can extract it with official unfself tool from SDK. But, in this FSELF I looked into (driver sf) ELF inside IS encrypted. You can say this because it's masterdisc fself, but I really doubt it.
It doesn't look like a proper fself to me at all, in header it says that sections unecrypted, but it's not true.
Another thing - Masterdisc Generator tool from Sony gives errors with this EBOOT (if it's a masterdisc eboot as stated, why?).
So, the security of this "dongle" is really thight, then?!

Math said their security is pretty lame (now, everyone's opinion of him aside, we all know he's talented, so lame to him could be quite tight to us) so, perhaps it's just very convoluted and more a series of annoyances rather than "amazing" (always reluctant to use that word)
Though I agree, with everything being so silent, something good must be brewing in the background, either way, I truly hope this will lead me to being able to go on a massive gaming bender and play the backlog of 3.6 games that is starting to build up, I've even purposely avoided Let's Play's of the video's because it'd drive me nuts waiting.
