There is never a definitive release time. They will just pop up at random.
Gary has some limited contact with TB, but he is not a employee of TB.
TB will release when they are ready.
I expect that the randomness of the releases helps keep Sony off their tail.

We have no saying what the TB Team does. I just run a site that hosts files. And a lot is True Blue related nothing more, and a lot of users thank me for that. And you say you haven't taken anything from my site? That's strange.. someone with the same nickname and same email address registered on my site.

No big brother, i don't log more than absolute neccesairy (no ip's). Nothing more than what you fill in @ registration. Nickname, e-mail, downloads, bandwidth. (can't see what files you downloaded) only the amount of files and size.
The last thing is needed to keep out abuserz and scripts.
Anyway, I'm glad TB keeps it going. As I said before, I hope you were embracing yourselves: eboots were coming

So far there been no complaints, I handle hosting for tons of stuff. -- Senaxx is not from the states, and even tho some IP's point to USA, infact the servers I own are a ring of cloud based units, some in canada, some in states, some on islands, some in netherlands, and I am always open to 'takedown' notices, over the years I have only gotten three so far, one from lawyers in Germany to remove threads and files related to 'graf_c' stuff after he got raid, one from 'Activision' regarding how to read the data, and mod and use those 'Skylanders' plastic toys, and another from Sony in regard to the REBUG CFW files, which I deleted and move them to another host.
