well if they have the lv0 keys and they got the 3.60+ apploader keys from the lv0 keys then they would be more than 2/3 of the way to getting any new fw version keys that may come out , but they could only have found the 3.60+ app loader keys, if thats the case then they would have to start back at square 1 again, if new fw with new key requirement comes out
but lets say they have got the pirated eboots from the dev network and signed with fself ,then why would they come out now and announce the dongle now, wouldnt they know that it would be patched? why wouldnt they grab all the eboots they could first ,unless they did but havent released them all yet cause they are still putting ther drm on them
the question is how many games would be on the dev network? how far ahead are they?
or maybe they know they have a an unpatchable leak to the dev network ,an inside source maybe?
but if they do in fact have the lv0 key and we reverse the 3.60+ keys, then you can be sure they will not bother to decrypt the next new set of keys from the new fw without locking down their dongle or comming out with a more secure one, or just stop support period
if they had the lv0 keys they could get keys to any fw sony throws at us, but they wont bother to do that if we keep making them public ,and they are the only ones with the lv0 key ,not unless they know they can keep control over it

I will try to keep this short without trying to seem like an unplausable theory :P
It is my belief that these Indonesian "devs" are not the ones responsible for the breakthrough we seeing here. Let me explain.
1. They cannot speak english very well with respect it is not their native language so why is their consoles in english and the games in english aswell ?
2. I believe the devs responsible are well respected "scene" members but it is rather hard to pinpoint which ones are responsible so we leave that for later for someone to figure out
3. It makes perfect sense to let the Indonesian "devs" be guinea pigs, they love Football, they would immediately make some money among other reasons.
4. Following point 3, it will steer away any info as to who it is that was really involved and get everyone to focus on the How, When, Why but not the true Who ;-)
I think its a pretty great move here.
Don't get me wrong, i am not saying the indonesian devs are not good at what they do, but one would have to interview them to get a sense of just how much information they truly know :P.

1) no, Math doesn't post a general opinion, he often goes against the tide, and his contradiction can be due to looking into it more.
2) they're working on resigning the games to only work with their dongle, to try and push people to buying pirate copies from them.
3) if we can crack their DRM, and reverse how they do it, we can remove the BD restriction and get them running from Internal/External HDD

If they build up a library of games that only run on their dongle, they're hoping to maximize their profits. I didn't say "Resigning Keys" I said "Resigning Games" meaning, they're encrypting the Fself to only work with their dongle (the DRM if you will).

I should just be a mindless leech and have all posts asking for handouts instead? It doesn't take long to type a reply, not when you type 150 words per minute. I have the magical ability called.. multitasking, I can read this site, as I study, and work on assignments for class.
