Of course it is real it been in the hands of a few countries in Asia so far and now the international version is being assembled and programmer and so far yoyobase and lightake will have stock next week and sample is on the way to one of our crunching developers!
Thanks Gary ... I was looking at the banners .... for some reason that price seems really high ?? I could be thinking about something else but 20-30ish is what I thought I read somewhere ??

In a week from now (if release date from Lightake is correct) we will have this dongle being sold, so i am hoping some previous details to run our downl* cof, cof... purchased originals that we have made backup... what patches needed and where to get them... the really strenght to follow up the neewest games and not only the listed front page...
Unfortunnely Duplex after Battlefield has stopped the releases (until today, that is), so this dongle is the next Big Star!

i know what you mean after battlefield 3 i thought we would be swamped with fixes but nothing has surfaced....lets just hope its the calm before the storm.

The fix for battlefield 3 was created with the psn version of the game NPWR02011. This will limit the games that can be released using duplex method.
We will probably see fixes for Dungeon siege 3, Disney universe, and other games in the next week

I understand that the fix for bf3 was made with the psn version but from my understanding the fix for UC3 was made with a different method.
Does anyone know any info about how this fix was made?
On the foreal though we should support the makers behind the true blue dongle, if we want more fixes we should support it.

I use a headset that needs a USB slot and have an expansion on my other one but I can't put my headset into it and I don't think the dongle will operate correctly through an expansion slot.

I think it just started out as a unsigned debug eboot. Not really a reliable method

I wouldn't complain, but it is getting a bit ridiculous. There has been other news, on all console fronts, but ps3crunch has been frozen in time with no updates and this, out-of-sequence story at the top.
I believe other sites have brought up that therre doesn't seem to be anything particularly special about the dongle or the firmware, beyond the application of debug EBOOTs, but maybe I'm wrong, not having reviewed the 950 or so comments here.
It would be nice if they would move on. I thought PS3Crunch was a drama-free site, and I'm starting to wonder now.
I've been hesitant about being critical o the site, given that Gary and co. invited me to come here. People in the scene that know my history also know I keep a level head about things... this whole "True Blue" thing needs some disclosure before it smells right, and the news shouldn't be halted because of a sponsored link.
...also, admins, the least the "True Blue" team could do beyond sponsoring the link is to offer you a few dozen units to give away to your members. Back in the Xbox scene days, the goodies went out without having to be asked.
Ya I wouldn't trust, PSX-Scene, and PS3hax given their history. Also how is a news story drama?
Gary has been updating the news when it comes in. you folks need to check the correct areas of the forum. Whenever something is released, etc, Gary updates. Whether it be for this, or anything else. If you are dissatisfied with the amount of news coming in, blame the scene in general and not Gary.
Still don't understand how reporting on the news(no matter what it is) is "drama."
But keep in mind - Gary is one person. The guy has a life. If any one of you aren't satisfied with the amount of news coming in, step up. Don't just complain without offering solutions.

True blue stays at the top because people post in it. There's been plenty of updates in the 360 part of the site, etc. It's a feature of the forum. So unless you wanna lock all the threads to keep "true blue out of the spot light." your gonna see true blue every single day. As people are interested in it and therefore post in the topic.
I would figure a vet on several forums like yourself would know this basic concept. But again if you feel that the news isn't being reported on correctly, feel free to lend a hand. Gary is only one person.
