Oh yeah that i remember reading that, yeah multiman doesnt burn bdr's obviously you'd prolly have to use imgburn or something

EDIT: I thought you meant bubba posted on how he made burned bdr work.

Uh? He meant MM cannot be used for copy the disc inside your ps3 HDD then to your pc for burn. Just use a pc with BDR drive, and copy it 1:1 with proper settings No, he didn't mention settings nor which program for a 1:1 copy , yet

On LighTake True Blue webpage, this product is advertised as:

"Botting of all games designed for 3.56+ (up to V.3.73) from BD-R and HDD"

Well, "all games" makes me wanting this dongle, however, first i will wait some reviews and hoping some more videos :-)

Well according to "theory" they used their own encryption method on the "fselfs" when they were on the blurays. But as far as the HDD you're right, "After much research and many hard long days at coding, the solid support team behind the 'True Blue' dongle have now been able to encode all the needed booting information which was previously needed on 'special' BD-R discs, to be included in the dongle's firmware memory, so now v3.6+ games will run correctly when also stored on your PS3 HDD." very first post from Gary on this thread.

This exact quote is on many other sites as well (dont know if they just copied gary or got it from the source).

This quote is kind of confusing being that the True Blue team had to encode stuff from the "special BD-R discs". well who made these special discs? I thought the True Blue team did, so why would it take the team many hours and long days to crack the special discs they created? Anyway confusing.

I think they had to figure out how to get that "code" on the discs to work correctly from the dongle. It might be interesting to compare the dycrypted dumps of the two different versions of the dongle firmwares. Of course if we only get 2 different versions it will probably incorporate more changes.
