some advice needed, i order my TB on 22nd Nov from lightake, it was dispatched 24th Nov, last update shows:

2011-11-30 departure from outward office of exchange, GUANGZHOU, GREAT BRITAIN

however there is no further update, i used the free shipping method which i know will take longer. is this normal?

it not normal, but i have heard ppl receive their item as long as 1- 2 month after their purchase. my TB dispatch on 24TH too but i have already receive it last week. it too departure guangzhou at 30th but reach my country on the 1st and i receive it on the next day.
i think you should wait for another week, if still no new update you can ask paypal for a refund by providing shipping data. but whether you receive the refund depend on paypal. at the same time i will buy another dongle next week if i was you, this time using dhl.

Yes this is normal airmail is not guaranteed to arrive by anytime. However usually after departure from outward office of exchange, it's going to your country so this could take awhile. It's been 6 WORKING DAYS, the norm is 7-12 WORKING DAYS at this status or 14 WORKING DAYS from first posted ship tracking status (only been 10 WORKING DAYS for you). So you havent even reached the NORM yet. Still a small percentage receive their item(s) w/ airmail up to a month or even 3 months later (very rare cases).

thanks for your advice guys, i emailed lightake and have to say that their customer service has been brilliant, told me the same as you guys (wait another week), my main concern is that there has not been any update on the tracking website, therefore i have no idea where the package is. Obviously with christmas now approaching im worried it will take even longer to arrive, the whole point of ordering it in november was that it would be have in time for christmas. i have ordered fifa 12 from lightake but this time used the dhl shipping method.

The tracking doesn't seem to update once the package has left China. Mine still hasn't been updated since "departure from outward office of exchange, GUANGZHOU, GREAT BRITAIN, 2011-11-27" and I received mine yesterday. I think you'll have it in the next few days.

Until now, we have only information about the soon release of Skyrim Patch for True Blue version of the game. There is no more news about upcoming releases. We have to wait and see :-)
