Not sure mate. I have never had any luck with make_self_wc etc. (Thats why none of my builds are MultiMan compatible :-) )

I use my own setup of the 341 SDK with MinGW and MSYS to compile the elf. I then use "PKG Toolkit GUI" to build the eboot.bin and to build the package.

Yeah, I think you only need to change that one line, but I think it also requires make_self_wc to create the reload.self.
I am going to have another look at it again, I cant remember what exact problem I was having before.
Could you PM me your version of make_self, make_self_wc etc?

    EDIT: Thanks Gravox!!!

As an eternal lover of the c64, being able to play again on the PS3, is a real treat.

The one problem i seem to have tho, is the keyboard support, offered in vice, in conjunction with the bloody trainers (++). most of which seem to

make u secect various cheats on or off, and then press return, but i cant sem to find a joypad interpretation of the return key..?

I always remember using space bar on the c64, more than anything to skip crack intros, ect...... and all the roms i have or can fins have trainers on everything! bah.

any help with key input or my rom problem would be greatly appreciated!

Yours..... C64 Fan and owner (83-89)

Sorry not at my PS3 at the moment, but I can remember having problems skipping som cracktros aswell.
If you pull up in the in emulation menu (Press L3&R3 Together while playing a rom) there is a choice of 2 on screen keyboards. To skip most of them you need to use the C64 Native OSK.

I will have a check when I am at the PS3 later.

Think of the warnings they would have to put on the games if they were released today lol.
I think I lost interest in the C64 when I was 9 or 10 when I got a Sega Mastersystem and a GameGear
The Amiga is my all time favourite. Games like Cannon Fodder and Chaos Engine took up most of my early teens!!

Nothing wrong with that mate I get a alot of enjoyment from new games, But I find once I have finished it, I rarely go back to it.
I still go back to the "retro" games I have completed too many times to count, and get the same enjoyment I did the first time

I used to be in an amiga scene demo group... "Anarchy". (89-93).

    So looong ago......

BTW... ive had the ps3 keyboard up, and "enter" on there dont give the desired response that i was after.

GraVox..... so, the keyboard will get me past having to press return? or will it just replicate the ps3's on screen keyboard that has tothing to replicate the pressing of the return key>?

    thanks!
