Who do I have to **ck to get Lightake to ship my TB dongle??

Hi everyone, I'm new on this forum, mostly here about True Blue support.

I was just wondering if someone's experiencing the same trouble as I am with Lightake.

I ordered the True Blue dongle on November 26th, and here we are, December 11th, and it hasn't even been shipped yet.

Did anyone here order his TB at about the same date on Lightake and can already see it as shipped in order status? I'm not talking about receiving it, that depends on where you are and what kind of delivery you choose of course, but just about seeing it as shipped... I'm asking because after two weeks of this I'm starting to feel like they're playing a dirty trick on me, especially since when I ordered the dongle it was supposed to be "in stock", though obviously it wasn't (but I guess countless e-trade sites do the same...). And of course the Paypal transaction has been cleared for two weeks and the money is long gone. I emailed their customer support a week ago, still no reply.

Anyone here facing the same issue, or is it just me getting impatient and paranoid??

It took a long time for mine to arrive too. I paid for mine on 16th November and it didn't arrive until a couple of days ago. It was 'In Stock' when i ordered it and I got a shipping number within a couple of days, but sorry to say it was the delivery time that took the longest. If you don't even have a tracking number you might be waiting a while yet. Not forgetting that loads of people have now ordered one. Lightake told me that it was first come first served but they can't make these things fast enough at the moment. Good luck.

I believe they are just out of stock, I too have been waiting, it says collecting product - processing. but its been like that for awhile now. I even paid for the fastest shipping.

Same here, took the DHL shipping too. At least we're supposed to get it faster when they finally resupply.

It is in stock.. just not yours, if they're doing FCFS (First Come, First Serve) it's not their fault a fuck ton of people want to order from them, you can always cancel your order and go through one of the other suppliers

Out of Stock does not mean that a retailer is carrying a product as you are putting it, it means what it says...That the item is currently in stock, on their shelf, in their warehouse, ready to ship.
If they are out of a certain item it should be listed as "out of stock, waiting for resupply" and putting people on a waiting list.
Odds are lightake just doesn't want to do that since they know people will just use a different retailer so they are leaving it listing as "In Stock" and hoping people will just wait til their order ships.

I mean I suppose you're saying that they just aren't able to ship right away because they are in the process of shipping so many, but I highly doubt this is the case. It doesn't take 15 days to tape a post mark to a envelope and drop the true blue in it and mail it.

lightake is slow with almost all there orders

i have still 2 orders with them

one of them is almost a moth waiting time and the other now goes into week 2

there in stock doesnt mean anything even when not in stock it says in stock

i am sorry to say you might be in for a long wait
even emailing them doesnt solve anything you just get a vage answer and you go on waiting that is what happend with me

That's the punishment you get for holding out too long. I bet all these non-believers suddenly was like oh it definitely works and PARADOX just released the eboot I wanted so now I'll get it! Too bad 10,000 other people did the same thing. It's like Black Friday or the day before Christmas, procrastinators and cheap people all rush to the store at the same time then completely can't understand why something isn't in stock.

Plus TrueBlue isn't some huge US/Japanese corporation that can meet supply and demand immediately. They're basically in a 3rd world country. This is also what happens when you try to by something that is "not completely legal". What do you do when all your pot dealer run out of pot, wait.

EDIT: Just to prove my point, I went to the lightake trueblue order page a second ago. When I ordered mine (which i got Dec 5th) there was like 6 POSTS in customer discussions at the bottom of the TB order page. Not even a week later there is over 10 PAGES of customer discussions!

thats not true...its a busy period (christmas) so cut them some slack and paying the little bit extra for express is definitely worth it.

i paid for DHL shipping and i received it in 8 days (including the 3 days of waiting for payment to go through)

I totally agree with you dude, that's why I ordered mine the second they started releasing actual eboots.

I do have to say one thing though, China really shouldn't be considered a third world country anymore, they at this point honestly have a better infrastructure through out their cities and highly populated areas now than the United States do.
Maybe its a third would in the highly rural areas but China is pretty much kicking the United States ass right now as is the majority of the other industrialized countries ATM.

I mean...we're the only industrialized nation in the world without public healthcare, that should speak volumes...USA is owned by corporations.

Anyway, IMO lightake isn't in the wrong here really, I wouldn't say they can't keep up stock due to "third world country conditions" but because it's only a small group of people and a small manufacturing line.
With that said, Lightake should put the item on "Out of Stock".
