You don't need freakin keys to get the g4m3Z.
With a PS3 on the current OFW you can glitch the memory in a way it will keep the memory alive after shutdown.
Guess what is in the memory? Oh yeah, a fully decrypted ELF file.
So in a nutshell, Hi I am Mr TB, f34r mY |337n355, I have "discovered" a way to decrypt all the latest games.
Translation, I have glitched the PS3 memory and added DRM to stop you having fun unless you pay me $$.
it seems your theory is trivial if you can decrypt it on OFW how can you reencrypt that same elf to run on 3.55CFW.
This makes sense to me: You have a dual-NAND setup, 4.11 and 3.55 which has a custom loader that does nothing but peek the entire ram space and write to USB. Boot into 4.11, boot a retail game, PS3 decrypts the .self into ram. Pull the cell_reset line and switch NANDs, it reboots without clearing ram into your custom loader, dumps the ram, you find the .elf in a hex editor, re-encrypt to 3.55 self, and voila.
