So there was no "introduction" forum I figured I'd say my hello's from here. I'm newt from the aliens movie and just got a PS3 a couple of weeks ago with the intention of installing CFW. So I did with the kmeaw 3.55 and so far have installed the Cobra manager and that, um, movie player Showtime. It's so nice to play MKV movies without having to remux them first.
Sadly, Google led to me to PS3HAX where I read this long article about this TB device. Actually, I had been reading all I could the few weeks before I got my hands on the PS3. Well, I didn't know about this site until yesterday and I happened to join PS3HAX. I wrote up a long post about what I thought about it and got banned right away as I was accused as being another member who was recently banned. So that sucked. Too bad Google led me there first.
So here I am now. Not as much news posted here as ps3hax, but it seems pretty chill here. I hope to stay and learn stuff and maybe some day contribute. Greets from Ripley!

Sucks that you got banned for (being accused of) "ban evasion" but like I always say to every new member here: enjoy your stay here and I hope you have a good time here.
Also, I saw that post on PS3Hax - and I actually liked it.
I saw that post and I for one appreciated it. Sorry bout the banning you probably won't run into that here!
I know right. You'd think people would discuss the topic on hand and such and there's so much going on that I'm trying to get straight so I post in all in one giant post and I guess it must of made some sort of sense or it was over their heads as I get banned without warning. Lame as hell.

We're all friendly here (though some of us, such as myself are.. rough around the edges ) and as long as you're at least of average intellect and not an ass you won't find a ban here, and you won't get yelled at or belittled (depending on your reading here before joining, you may have seen how I sometimes go off on trolls and idiots )
