An app window is custom made or from some OS skin? It's Win32 app? .NET?
The win32 GUI that i made is a add-on for batch builder
The GUI will launch batch in semi-invisible mode
The original BATCH was divided (prequel to graphical interface)
The original BATCH was moded (some code was added and changed)
Some VBS was added (for semi-invisible mod)
Some EXE was build (for message box)
was less to do:
GUI Interface
Re-edit EXE message box (to add new graphic !!??)

After looking over 'updatesource.bat', some possible problems with the code:
*updatesource.bat requires settings.ini to be present in the same directory, which may cause crash
*if 'update_source.bat' tries to run 'encoding_prep.bat', it will try to run 'run.bat' which may cause crash
*the 'start updtsource.bat' doesn't need to be there
The 'base_lang_ver.ini' is used when updating the base source and language .ini files directly from the dropbox. It is used by the batch to compare the base source language .ini with the dropbox. Look inside the updatesource.bat you uploaded, it's used there.
