Anybody who has spent more than two minutes playing with the ps3 file system knows that none of the important(BIN,SELF,SPRX) files from 4.00 will work on 3.41
In fact, I don't remember exactly what firmware it was but in one of the 3.6x firmwares I discovered I was unable to boot my 3.41 system after installing the vsh.self from that 3.6x firmware.
And then he mentions the fact that a dump of 4.00 was posted to the net. Well this is true, but anybody who has been a part of the scene for as long as the author of that email has been, really should know that anybody with cygwin and failoverflow's tools(or derivatives thereof) can easily dump any firmware released to date. All they need is a pc. You don't even have to own a ps3.
So please don't worry about this crap man, it will soon just be a part of the past... Your a good guy don't let them drag you down.

Google cfwprophet times and am amazed by what I've done it before. Oh and just for fun in addition to true AC1D CFW CFW THE first of all it has given for the ps3 and wen's only a beta at the time true.
Reads quite nice, but is so far the hot air.
Take up the pages, which means nothing.
If this team is a proponent of open source so it should disclose the code and (using real code) show exactly what was done.
Youtube videos are everything, but no proof of anything.
Sets the code open so can understand each Dev, what is being done.

Ive left the other site where i released this first, didnt like how childish it had gotten with the whole TB thing, waste of time IMO. So ill be posting updates here anymore. if there is any, all this shite with them/team-acid is putting me off the scene and maybe ill just wait for bitsbubba etc to improve on the XMBFM. Not sure if I have the skills to take it much further anyway.
