Thats why its best to have your own rule of only giving invites to senior members or if this person has something you want in exchange.

It can go either way honestly, I've invited 7 people to Torrentleech (before the invitation system went down). I gave a few to people with just a few posts, or 1, without any issue. The only user that cost me a major headache, was a long-time "senior" member here. He did everything you can possibly do to get banned as quickly as possible.

Yeah, I wasn't specifically talking about how much they seed, their ratio etc. It was just to protect this site from people just signing up to get invites, who you pick to give an invite to is your business.

But it may be a bit easier to research a senior member on here before giving an invite to them because they have more posts.

Hi there crunchers.

Ever since Demonoid's demise I've been looking for a tracker that replaces the stuff I'd been downloading from there, which was primarily FLAC music and technical/university books (ya know, the kind that was hosted there: physics, chemistry, engineering, etc.)

So, I've been trying to meet up to my needs. As for the music, I've been hearing of what.cd before as the so called ultimate music source. I've done a little research and I decided to take on the interview, only to find out that the fuckers have blocked my whole country (Portugal) from accessing the invites IRC channel. Since the only other way is for someone to invite me, I'm calling out for someone willing to give out an invite to me, if you feel you should go a good deed to a stranger who prolly lives quite a few thousand miles away from you :P

On the other hand, I haven't found to this day a tracker that has the technical book offering Demonoid had. I've heard about Bibliotik or whatever the site's name is that may be the place I'm looking for, maybe. So, if you're a member of any such tracker and have an invite waiting to be mailed to someone, please contact me.

I don't have much to give in return, however. Aside from the little demon, I'm a member of the biggest portuguese private tracker, with a near 2:1 ratio; although the tracker's content is mainly for Portuguese people, so I fear most of you will have little interest in accessing it.

PS: finally i managed to retrieve my underground gamer account by answering 2 question s but im still under 28 days probation.

if a kind soul can provide an invite i can provide any obscure game or difficult to find games and upload it .open for request.
