the first is the official update released by TB, the second we made here in this thread because a newer official update was released so we made it work by combining parts of both which is why you need both

before we waste time on a non-working pkg, maybe if we can get some testers by installing from old method
Agree. I'll ask to the creator of this method if he tested. Old pkg didn't harm anyone except 1 guy talking about curious bugs. 1.4 method was meant for EUR version, he tried with an USA one. Over all, he was the only one who reported an anomaly. As much i know.

That was me, 1.4 has been working great since I switched to EUR with a new character. Savefiles is approaching 7M. it only froze on me a couple times when autosave kicked in while in the character menu. I normally play for several hours at a time. I've got some time this weekend, I'll upgrade to 1.5 if someone can share the files with me.

NVM, its only out on steam, probably won't hit the PS3 for a couple weeks still. I just realized something, the method we use for 1.04 utilizes the BLES update. I wonder if it would work using the BLUS update on the BLUS game. Would be awesome for those who already have a game started on BLUS.
