I been playing Skyrim on the xbox 360 and using my pc to fix bugs and stuff, and I have a friend who plays on a ps3, he asked me to port his save to my pc so we could fix some stuff on it, but after some research I found out its not as easy as I thought, then I found this thread.
First I have to say, its amazing that you help all this people and not ask anything in return, I am truly amazed by your generosity, and I would like to ask the same favor, I wanna know if you could convert my friends ps3 save to pc, this is the link to the savegame: http://www.mediafire.com/?9c50be9hyjfpk6b
The idea is, if you convert his savegame of course , to download the converted save, do the changes he wants here on my machine, and then upload that modded save so you can convert it to ps3 again, is that possible?, I hope I'm not asking too much.

I think you mistake 1 meter for 1 mile, friend. I lost them both somewhere, and have absolutely no clue as to where they are. I remember fighting a dragon with Lydia near somebody's house (didn't have Barbas), and going to a Dwemer dungeon with Barbas (lost Lydia earlier). Then, they left me

Ok.....im officially going for the double facepalm......
the file i have given you has lydia resurrected as she was dead and barbas just seemed to have run away. i have fixed this issue and i have made them your followers in the save i had given you.
also i cannot help you port to the 360 as i need your newgame.exs file, its extremely pointless supplying me a .ess file when i need the .exs file. (ESS decrypted with no user settings) (EXS encrypted with your user settings)
when porting the save i gave you you need to rename my save to Savegame.dat, then load up your .EXS file in Modio. then copy my Savegame.dat into your .EXS file, then rehash resign, and then copy the newly edited file to your 360.
so if you want me to port to your 360, i will be doing exactly what i just said above, but i can not help you if you do not supply your .EXS file that has your settings so it would play on your 360.
I did exactly what it said. Moved my profile onto my memory stick. Moved the save file of skyrim onto it, as well. Then I bring up Modio, select my profile, select skyrim, but it only shows the save file. Not an .exs file.

the save file IS the .exs file lol
the file i gave you, to do this yourself.....
1. extract it from the .rar file.
2. rename the whole file to Savegame.dat
3. use modio to look at the 360 save file
4. copy the renamed Savegame.dat and paste it over the top of the 360 save file.
5. rehash and resign
6. play
, to download the converted save, do the changes he wants here on my machine, and then upload that modded save so you can convert it to ps3 again, is that possible?, I hope I'm not asking too much.
