I'm having another idea here: could you pass me a quicksave.ess of yours that you verified it works so I can try to load it? Just to absolutely discard that the problem lies in the savegame.
just rename it to quicksave.ess......do not use the tool.(im curious)

1.0 uses version 7 <game disc
1.1 uses version 8 <update
1.2 uses version 8 <update
1.3 uses version 8 <update
1.4 uses version 8 <update
1.5 uses version 8 <update
1.6 uses version 9 <not to be released for ps3
1.7 uses version 9 <scheduled for september release for ps3

The name of PC version russian voice is Skyrim - Voices.bsa. I rename it to SKYRIM - VOICES_RU.BSA and copy this file to the BLUS30778\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\DATA
To answer your question, no.
you need the legitimate file to be able to use russian
you cant just rename an english voice file lol
I recommend buying skyrim in russian (if it exists)
then copy the file from the disc
once you have that file, then copy it and load russian voices(if it exists)

So, to try what you say about version numbers, is there a way to change the version number to 8?
Also, what about the quick save button? As I said, the game doesnt freeze, but it doesn't seem to do anything. What would be the result of the quicksave? a regular PS3 save or a new file?

the quicksave feature creates a "quicksave.ess" file
i have only been able to create corrupted files lol, so its a dead end there.
i hate to say it but ..... you personally cannot create a util.bsd unless you load from the original eboot.bin on the disc, (without the use of an update)......in your case its impossible....
I would suggest you to convert your ps3 to a dex unit.....but this is not the forum to discuss that, but google is the key.
I do not have a valid 3.41 ps3, and therefore i will not be supporting that method.
hey bro, i have a pc armor mod i want to put on my ps3.
but it only comes with a texture and meshes folder, no .esp file.
Do i put the two folders in the data folder in my ps3 skyrim directory ? is that all i do for it to work ? because it doesnt seem to work, it may just be the mod i guess.
EDIT: i fixed the problem, seems i was looking at the wrong armor that he mod replaces !
