Yes, I've just run into an issue where some enemies were completely invisible besides their eyes and weapons. So pretty much any mod that's not just a self contained .ESP/.BSA will have pretty severe compatibility issues.
I wouldn't mind looking into manual texture replacements but for some of the more indepth mods I'm sure that's out of the question. So, just a warning for everyone (especially that guy looking to try out the hi-res textures mod (even though that would be crazy to do on a PS3 anyway)).

-Repacked 'SKYRIM - Interface.bs'a to include quicksave (press [square] and [start]) and quickload (press [square] and [select])
-now there is no need to edit and replace files as this is an ultimate solution, just copy over and play.
-added the updated readme.pdf to the installer

does that "quicksave" output the util.bsd still? or the quicksave.ess ?
it should then output all saves unlocked, no need for resigning
i have tried that and have found no difference in output. the saves still act the same. (encrypted)
that was one of the very first items i looked at and found no difference :'(
.....that would have been awesome lol
you would need to edit the PS3 function sSysUtil_SaveData...
