I truly don't think it will work since the eboot is for a jpn release with japanese menus and stuff.

Is TB known for releasing multi regional or just one?

Well, they've released 2 eboots for Bleach Soul Ignition(Resurreccion) - for JPN version and for US version.
But they didn't do this in awhile, no japanese fix for No More Heroes Red Zone and some other games, works in reverse too

Multi regional means only EUR/USA, not JPN

Naruto_Shippuden_-_Ultimate_Ninja_Storm_Generations_JPN_PS3-NRP this one works.
dumptruck is USA, so obiouvsly doesn't work. Jap eboots doesn't work with EUR/USA rips.
