With the recent announcement that the BT/TalkTalk have lost the fight against the anti-piracy aspects of the law, which involve Internet speed throttling/disconnection for those accused of resorting to piracy, thus making the anti-piracy sections of the Act go ahead as planned (and will be expected to be in full force as of 2013).
What are your views on this as a whole? (The funny thing is most countries are now following this aggressive trend of "bullying the little man")
