I have a problem
When i try to update the dongle he show me this message
"ERROR: Unable to communicate with dongle"

That's happend because my True Blue is broken or something else????

When you start the PS3 with Dongle pluged in, is the Light(Dongle) become Green or only Red?

If the Dongle light Green go to the System Information and look what version is

You gotta remove any usb device before load the update. Then plug your dongle just when prompted.
Do the updates from 2.2 growing slowly one by one. Program your ps3 with V2 before start.
At worst, use V1 and update with 2.2 , 2.3 , 2.4 then V2 and 2.5, if you didn't fix, ask a replace.

just do the update again. i got the same error the first time i updated.
i did the update again and this time it updated without errors

I have the exact same problem I have even tried doing the update from version 1 cfw then 2.2 update and same error

Your case could be a bricked dongle.

Make sure when you turn the ps3 on you haven't got the dongle inserted, then run the update and it'll tell you to put it in.
