Installation problems with Street fighter x Tekken and DLC

nice, my problem was also solved in this thread, so i share my new knowledge... Mr. zelgadiszero is the true hero.

After doing the steps I still couldn't make it to work.

1. Remove Game Data
2. Remove const.lua using multiman
3. Load Game and Install Data
4. Place const.lua on the directory.
5. Start the game but the New Characters do not show.

Ok now, I put the file on the wrong folder. >_<

what I did was put this into the original backup then installed game data

/USRDIR/stream/CMN/boot/game/const.lua

actually cole, toro, and kuro are open in Training and Challenge

Unfortunately Toro, Kuro and Cole are not playable in Arcade Mode, the only two reasons I can think of are, because their exclusive PlayStation characters or because these characters do not have any relevance with the story mode. (Based On the Pandora Box.)
