    Inside The JB2USB

Can't wait to see what kind of shit would happen once someone cracks the True Blue's secret recipe.

As for the True Blue fanatics, they're going to fear that this will lead to the PS3 Scene Stagnation 3.0, in which I don't blame them to an extent.

So they could have done 2.5TB as well, about the only other thing they would have needed is the new dongle ID.
Considering all they had done to get it to work on this dongle, its relatively minor.
So cracking this dongle will really mean cracking the TB dongle for good pretty well... hmm
Got your tin foil hats ready ladies?

So lets have a look back at these silly rumours Ive been spreading lately...
    1) A new dongle will be released before the end of Feb, it will not be under the TB name & will have access to PSN.
The PSN part was wrong but there was a "clone" under a different name released.

    2) The new TB dongle has been postponed until 2.5 has been cracked but they still want to get a new dongle out before mid year when they hope to release their modchip.
It now turns out this new "clone" is not very secure at all and should be relatively easy to crack which will inevitably lead to TB being "forced" to release a new dongle in order to protect their hard work.

There are 2 possibilities.. either I'm being spoonfed bullshit & these are all coincidental infinite universe occurrences or I've got access to someone too high up the foodchain.
It does seem rather coincidental though...........

I really hope Im wrong for all the buyers sakes, if it all turns out to be true though.. well bad luck I guess

but GraVox, jb2usb does not have 2.5 tb in it cause it can't paly all games, it has what jb-king had...so TB will not be forced to release new dongle as a result of the 2.5 jb2usb, even if it cracked, no?

while TB is for "premium" buyers jb2usb is for the low - middle price segment ..
its just to sell more dongles .. they give their premium customers a head start on the new eboots by not releasing the 2.5 update for jb2usb ...
in a few month after 2.6 update for tb (or their new product) they will release the 2.5 update for jb2usb ...
there is no way someone without insider informations could convert the source code for an atmel chip ...
Kudos Gravox ... You were right all the way ...

Edit: and dont get me wrong .. this is a good thing ... its like dropping the price but without giving their "premium" customers the feeling of having paid too much for the dongle ..
big companies do it all the time ... and man .. a jb device for less then 20 bucks is really nice

This JB2 is about as easy to "crack" as it gets.. it's like its been served up on a silver platter.
This dongle just has to fall into the right hands and its done basically.. someone who can find the pins and short them at the same time.
The 2.5 update is a walk in the park as well, it would only require the new dongle ID to be added and the new data to be added to the SPI.
There's REALLY not a lot of possibilities for a different dongle ID as well.
    coool lets hope....

It's exactly what i was curious to read here.. You're right, security is gone.
Me you and Gravox can make a new clone. But hey, noone of us can make an eboot..

Over all, this dongle is (as much i saw) a 2.3 compatible. So if they did a great work and TB is gone, why this dongle doesn't play 2.4 and 2.5 games?
    Yeah, it's me

Ya, I think some people are looking into it.
That would be great. a solution for everyone might stop the division in the communtiy.
things are getting pretty ugly right now.

Your best bet with regards to that at the moment are GraVoX and Mark Webber.

If they want to crack the jackpot, and if they can do it, then that's perfectly fine, and out of respect, I wish them good luck, but however, if the scene enters into another gloomy phase, like it did in the Summer of 2011, then I fear that they will have death threats coming their way, and another shitstorm will happen as a result of that.
