is it safe to update to tb v 2.51 from 2.50 as all of this becomes really confusing. first 2.6 then 2.51 with warning. i have downloaded it from ps3scenefiles and want confirmation is it safe or not. i m using tb cfw v2 and tb v2.50. also wth is dongle-dg-cfw?
Right - if you look at the main "True Blue News" thread, then you will have noticed that version 2.51 is the recommended version to update it to unless you have a PS3 firmware setup that doesn't have any modifications installed such as the firmware spoofer, which in that case, you can use the 2.6 update safely, but I wouldn't recommend using 2.6 for the time being.
well the spoofing part doesn't make a difference, i think it is more of the VSH files. Rebug replaces the VSH file in dev blind, which conflicts with 2.5 dongle update.
you can tell rebug to go back to default and it still will mess up and freeze. the actual spoofing doesn't make a difference.
Till when new eboots will pop and proven needing 2.51 , no need to update, considering 2.61 is coming
Yeah, it's me Dj Barth "One TrueBlue to rule them all, One Browser to find them,
