Question Regarding Firmware Updates

The TB firmware that you install on the console comes with a firmware spoofer right ?
I have been keeping my ps3 away from the interent just in case it gets updated to a newer firmware, if the firmware is spoofed does that mean i dont need to do that anymore can i connect the ps3 to the internet or do i need to download a firmware spoofer ?

New 2.61 has 4.11 spoof on the dongle so only when it is plugged in will it spoof. Don't install a third party spoof or you might semi-brick. Just go to your internet settings and change your DNS to 0.0.0.0 and it will never update again. Or if you QA flag your deck and enable debug updates it will never update ever again.
