I have re-done the site and the first tool has been created. there is NO REGISTRATION Required.
Simple access the BO save game mod tool via the menu at PS3 EBOOT VIEWER
Check what you want and add the codes.
Press "Mod!" and in 30 seconds you will get a ZIP file of everything you need. The ZIP ALSO includes a README.TXT guide.
Just to be clear to everyone. There is NO download for the tool. The ONLY download is a zip file.
Also you can not give out the links to mods you created from the site to others as every mod is restricted to being downloaded by only the IP that created it.
If there are ANY issues LET ME KNOW. People sometimes have the notion that say "it doesn't work fix it" will allow me to fix something. I am not a mind reader. If there is an issues describe it and what you did so I can try and solve it and/or replicate it.
Update: I am not sure why people can not read, but READ this. When using the EBOOT it will CREATE an encrypted savegame. AFTER you transfer to your PS3. You need to DATATRANSFER if you do not have xploder to get your ps3 account on both consoles. SAVEGAMES are ACCOUNT LOCKED. You need to change your settings in MP and exit and in SP just let it load then exit.
