to go to the PSN need to update the firmware on the dongle to 2.50/2.51

All dongles can downgrade to v2.51 with no problem. -- Just grab the PKG and install to via USB stick, and follow the steps.

In case you wanted to know why, its because true blue dongle update higher than 2.51 has the TB 4.11 Spoofer on it which conflicts with Rebug's.

Yep. -- Hopefully they will work together and come up with 2.8 that is compatible or includes the Rebug PSN work.

so let me get this right.
if i get my TB back to 2.50/51 and then install rebugs new fw.
i can get psn access? would i need to leave TB in or can it be unplugged?
im not bothered about playing any games or buying any games.
