You need to put PRBOOM.WAD (attached below) in the same folder as the DOOM WAD files.
Music playback is only with MP3, I will upload them later today.
You may experience a crash when changing WADs, Select change "LibRetro Core" from the in game menu and select PRBOOM.SELF instead of just loading the WAD.
It is compatible with Doom, Doom2, Plutonia and TNT.
This is nothing short of genious! What you are working on here is something unique (to my knowledge at least.)
I hope you continue your work on this great piece of software to make it truly amazing! I have not tested it yet, but the spirit of the whole thing is fantastic. So, xbins.org... is this the place i go for bugreporting etc.?

I just discovered that RetroArch is not compatible with previous savestates from FCEU Next and SNESNext. Can anyone confirm this?
I noticed that RetroArch uses file extension .state1, .state2, etc for all savestates across all platforms, which is different than previous versions of FCEU (.fc1, .fc2, ...) and SNES (.001, .002, ...) I tried renaming my old savestates to the new file extension, hoping RetroArch would be compatible, and they're not.
I can't find hardly any mention of this change, since its still very new and every news site just does a copy/paste of the same initial article floating around. I've looked a bit at the git pages but I just wonder if this is a problem someone already knows about.

SNES9x Next's savestate format is not compatible with SNES9x 1.53 nor with any other version you might have used in the past.
VBA Next is in the same boat.
Regarding FCEUmm - it might be different from FCEUX, I dunno.
The other emulators in the pack I didn't really touch to this extent - so savestates should be pretty much compatible.
I could eventually look if there is a way to preserve savestate compatibility with SNES9x 1.53 without sacrificing speed hacks on SNES9x Next.
SRM files (SRAM files) should still be backwards compatible though.
PS. I noticed Retro Arch 360 was not mentioned on 360crunch - only the PS3 version was mentioned on ps3crunch.
I seem to be having problems with the FBA core. I am unable to load any megadrive or PCEngine roms.
I have built a new romset for .26 and checked it with CLRMame Pro using the .Dats produced by the official FBA 0.2.97.26 windows version. The roms also load fine on the official FBA.
On the PS3 they just cause it to totally lock on the Rom selection screen and have to hold the power button to shut down.
