I've actually managed to find a save for MGS Peace Walker HD if your interested in it let me know I'll post it. It has basically everything unlocked.
Well I'd prefer just the main storyline finished. But if that's all there is, then I guess I'm gonna have to settle with it. As on my PSP version I'm part way through the challenge missions. So I figured if I could find a save with JUST the main storyline finished, then it's not much of a "grind" to get back to the missions I'm currently on.
But what the hell, better then nothing.
I'd appreciate it if you would upload it.

I finished Peace Walker as well (EU save) even the extra Chapter 5 Outer Heaven mission, dont have all Ex Ops unlocked but stealth mission are, I have 2 Outer ops missions left.

Yeah it is (HD) give me a few minutes.
EDIT: The save is NPUB30611 (I included the system file save data as well), I used EU copy of game and of course US eboot. Nearly 80 hours in main campaign complete.
