i think that is an older card, not sure if its updated too often if at all , the acekar 2i and supercard dstwo are th most frequently updated, and they both work in 3ds latest fw ,though there have been a few reports about a bug with latest fw update for 3ds with dstwo ,but supercard team always pushes fw updates to get their card working on 3ds within a day of fw updates acekard updates also come quickly
prea may not have a 3ds now ,but its still good to buy a product currently still supported
