I'm using a powered hub in the right port of my ps3 because the left port doesn't work, today I plugged in my dongle into the hub and it refused to load up green, it works plugged in normally without hub. I had a similar problem before but that was the hard drive playing up. Also using the rebug spoofed for psn I'm always getting an error occurred message when I try to sign in.
Help on these issues would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Running tb cfw v2 and dongle fw 2.51
I have this same setup (hub it's powered, broken left port) When I boot the ps3 I only have the hub plugged into right port of ps3 and dongle plugged into hub. If I have any other usb stuff plugged in hub before boot to xmb screen most the time the dongle wont inject the payload (turn green).
After the dongle is green at XMB then I plug in other USB stuff like external hd's, controller etc.
If you're actually trying to get ON PSN try F*ckPSN v0.7 theres a thread stickied in the true blue section for this.

I also have tried with nothing else plugged in, was working fine then just today it doesn't load properly. Correct me if I'm wrong but to use F*ck psn you have to have laptop running simultaneously, if I could get rebug spoofer working it would be great. Thanks for your reply

Well if the dongle still works just in ps3 port but not hub anymore, that points to the hub. Dumb questions but have you tried other hub ports? Is the power to your hub plugged in still? Sometimes too even with just dongle in I have to reboot up to 3 times before it turns green. Also ive heard people eventually having bad connections with dongle and ports, like they gently pressed up on the dongle and it turned green.
Yeah what you said about f*ckpsn sounds right, I dont use PSN so i dont know to much about it, just what I read accidentally,
