Deactivated ps3 now no dlc works.

I'm not currently at home so I'll update this post with error codes when I am but basically I'm in a pickle and need serious help.
I recently used the rebug spoof to get online and bought some contet well I got the 8002519 (I think) error code basically meaning my ps3 was game sharing when I never had when trying to activate the download of content I paid for.
I tried a few things couldn't get it working and gave up

Well one of the things I tried was deactivating my ps3 and deactivating it and I got an error code, the one you get when you do it too many times and have to wait 7 days.
So I changed my email and password associated with that Psn account and it worked.

Problem is now none of my DLC work and evidently thats because my ps3 thinks its deactivated.

Anyway, I think it may have been 7 days so I may try again when I get home of the rebug solution can still get online, my question is can reactpsn activate a ps3? Can I get my dlc working any other way?

All of this is legitimate paid for DLC.

I know the rap to rid method and everything and can get all the install pkg's if need be from psn downloader.

I'm at work now but any suggestions would be great because all my dlc doesn't work nor does the saves associated with them.

This was typed on an iPhone at work so excuse typos, I'm just kinda freaking out.

Any and all help would be appreciated I love this community and need your guys help, bad.


Btw, I can't download any paid for contet off psn due to the 8002519 error or whatever it is so redownloading and reactivating that way isn't an option.

The only way to get your DLC working is with the .act files or access to PSN. So without the ability to redownload them, which you're lacking, you're only choice is the .act files, as far as I'm concerned.

Now I think rebug has an option dealing with activation but I'm not that knowledgeable of all the options.

Any idea on how to get past the 80029519 (i got home and looked up the actual error code)
I've tried all the usual solutions and evidently it has something to do with game sharing, which I haven't done.
I used a old backed up version of my act.dat from reactpsn and it seems to have fixed the issue, still being able to download content off psn would be nice.

EDIT: nevermind, fixed problem AGAIN.
My ps3 thinks it's activated but it isn't...so all my old DLC works but I'm able to get on PSN but unable to download any new content...
Does ANYONE know how to fix the 80029519 error?
Using true blue 3.51 and rebug to get online...
Can sync trophies but can't buy or download anything off the psn store that costs money without getting the error 80029519
