i bought from lightake resistance 3 on bdr but it even doesnt show on the xmb does anyone have maybe how to solve it ?
i read in other forums that some pepole can run this game on bdr
i am running true blue 2.7

Just try to eject it then insert it again.
Also be sure that you had a working BDROM drive.

my ps3 bdrom work fine with original ps3 disc maybe the copy i got from lightake is not good?

I had the same problem. solved it asking refund and buying another disc. so, in short: bad disc

mate, I bought from a resseler here in my country and he bought from lighttake. Aparently, we both got unlucky, so, the best you could do is to get another disc from lighttake. and don't worry, your effort will be rewarded. resistance 3 is one of the best shooters of all times

i bought 2 resistance 3, but no one displayed on xmb........
Lightake refund, or sent again working copy free?

I guess someone messed up a whole batch of Resistance 3 BD-Rs because I just received mine yesterday and it doesn't show up in the XMB either.

When I put the disc in, the XMB starts moving slowly, like it is trying to access the disc but it fails.
I was thinking of downgrading to a lower dongle firmware (2.51) and then testing out the disc. Has anyone else tried this?

This whole thing really irritates me. I was quite happy to get the disc after 3+ weeks of waiting, only to find that it is defective
