Thanks Jerry for the info. I am in contact with Tina and I'm sending her a video to demonstrate that the disc doesn't work. There are still a few things I need to try (dongle downgrade, barth's suggestions) and of course if those work I will report my results here.

I have downgraded TB to 2.51, ps3 do not recognize special bd.
And more and more people have the same problem, or not work, or need to insert more and more time....LighTake, please use VERBATIM BRD, not chinese discount disc.

OK, I suggest you guys try to downgrade to a lower dongle firmware (2.51) and then test out the BR disc again; If the disc is really defective just contact our customer service for a replacement.
Here there is another one customer have problem with your disc(but you test it before selling?), game start with last TB .62, but he have problem on install because it's a bad copy........
change your burner, and buy Bluray quality!!! hehehehe

OK so I have downgraded to 2.51 and I tried several things to get Resistance to work (as suggested by Bartholomy) but the disc does not work.
I sent Tina from Lightake a video of the problem to demonstrate that it's defective. At this point I would just like a new (confirmed working) disc sent to me.
Nicholas, did I read correctly that you bought 100 defective discs? If so, that's really terrible.
I hope that TB fixes whatever problem there is and sends us all working discs. A USB-HDD compatible eboot patch would be better though

Sorry to hear that, if you guy bought from lightake just contact our customer service with the details, I am sure you will get a good solution shortly.
But my suggestion is try to downgrade the TB to a lower CFW V1 and the V2.3 or V2.5 update patch, it's supposed work again.

Tested downgraded TB, downgraded cfw, but nothing, i think really you have a stock of bad disk, if you can, resolve that soon.
