Call me dumb, but I have not updated my Multiman in eons, but I am seeing "mmCM". Does that mean MultiMan will only be supported for Cobra Dongle users? Or can I still download this .pkg and install it on my Ps3? I tried downloading via an update through Multiman but it won't connect to the server. By the way I am on 3.55 CFW.

Yes mmCM is for all CFWs (not just for Cobra) but you will need to download via PC latest base/full edition and update via USB on PS3

The Cobra Developers behind the New & Improved 'multiMAN' series which is now called 'mmCM' have fixed some issues with their earlier .02 release and ported over a great Cobra feature to now all 'firmware' users (not just for Cobra owners), which allows you to change the region that your PS3 is normally locked to when playing Blu-Ray movies.
04.04.02/03 -
Changed folder "Paste" behavior in mmOS - when overwriting existing folder the destination will not be deleted before pasting
Added 3 key combos in mmOS (for full list please refer to "navigation.txt"):
- SELECT+(CROSS hold) - Select All
- SELECT+(L2/R2) - Scroll to top/bottom of folder/file list
Extended "FTP Server" options in "Settings": Disable / Enable (1 min. TO)...(9 min. TO) / (No timeout) to set ftp connection timeouts
Added 4.20 to "Fimware Version" option in "Settings" (Cobra 3.55CFW)
Changed function "Game Updates" (different server; function will not work in older versions)
Changed function "Download Game Covers" (different server; function will not work in older versions)
Added option "Blu-ray Movie Disc Region" in "Settings" to change current PS3 region/targetid for movie compatibility (for non-Cobra-based 3.55CFW)
Added support for ICON1.PAM in themes
NOTE #1: The 'game updates' / 'game covers' servers have changed, so those that don't update will not have this function!
NOTE #2: The Blu-Ray movie region changer will currently NOT work on True Blue dongles or those still using v3.41 CFW.
NOTE #3: This new 'region changer' feature does NOT work on DVD movies, only Blu-Ray discs!
Full can be used to update to 04.04.03 from any previous version and also includes: showTIME, ps3NETSRV, lastGAME, bdRESET, 2 HD motion background, 7 themes and 7266 game covers

Yes they are all awesome (points at you DeanK ) but why are they suddenly obligated to get 3.6x games working....? They don't have to and i think as long as they update their software / dongle with new features then that is fine.
If you want 3.6x games working then i am afraid you will have to upgrade to 4.2x firmware.
mmCM is opensource / dongle compt software and adding above support as you want will make them get into trouble with Sony correct me if i am wrong.

I am getting tired of all this stuff not working with true blue. true blue needs to loosen their grip on the ps3.the extreme secruity is stopping other things from working. and they need to stop taking 3 month vacations ever 4 months.
