Hey we paid for the TB Dildo and expect support until the TB Dildo no longer works, we who already purchased the TB dildo V1, is not overly concerned about additional extras eg PSN, frilly girly wallpapers etc. Most of us just want to try out the games with functioning eboots in a timely manner, some want a neat way to load all their original games from the HDD, surely if the game is any good then we will buy it. eg How many have bought great games eg HALO series, MW/BF series etc...
Don't take me wrong, we just want action from the TB team for the original dongle. We don't care if the new dongle can wash our dishes or not. We bought it for one main purpose play backup games in a convenient way...

Because I am not one of the people constantly nagging about True Blue not releasing eboots at every moment, nor am I one of the folks that consider paying moniez the worst crime in human history. Beyond that, I have an xbox, though I would still be happy even without one. In other words, I am satisfied with what I have. It's everybody else that never seems to be happy with what they have got. Also if it was so easy, than surely the eboots would be more likely to come from somebody with more technical skills than I.
And see this is where I disagree with you. You can't expect more than they promise and I never heard them promise how long they would support their product, and I also never heard them say they were going to stop. If they promise ten games and you buy and complain that you expected 20 games. Sure, they haven't been perfect, but like I said, it's probably not that easy so as far as I am concerned, they have done a pretty good job and I don't even own a TB dongle. And to put your mind at ease, I don't think they have abandoned anybody, they said their old dongle will still work with the eboots, which is what matters at the end of the day.

This is an example of why the end user gets the bad end of the stick. You "paid" for the existing dongle and by all means they can stop at anytime they like and no matter if it's 5 patches or 1,000. They never stated that they had to continue to support their dongle. (Not one time they said that) You paid for the current functions on the current dongle. If they do make a newer dongle and "one day" stop supporting the older dongle they are 100% obligated to do that because they do not owe you, me, or anyone who bought the older dongle an explanation. People can bitch and cry all they want to because at the end of the day it will be a never ending cycle of waiting on someone else to patch the games for you to play. So you just have to just accept it already TBV2 or TBV10 it will still be a never ending cycle of 3-5week waits for newer games. Even the "savior" E3 are taking their sweet time of making their dongle. If it was the old me I would say just get a 360 but now seeing how you accepted the fact that TB/E3 tell you what to do, stop complain if they actually one day stop supporting the older dongle and make a newer one. You just have to buy that one to play newer games. Oh the irony... that's how TB got that many sales.
DRM companies are very smart... The end user needs them alot more than they needs us. Who do I blame? Not them but the end users that complain just accept it.

Me too, since all of my customers wait for a long time to have this newer dongles

As it stands now, a free solution for playing games may be available (CEX to DEX), but at the moment it seems very risky, especially without a flasher. There are also other problems:
-New games do seem to be playable with this method (COD MW3 etc), but only if they have an official update pkg. So far I have heard no reports of 3.60+ games working that do not have an official update available.
-It's unclear whether DLCs and PSN games are playable on a DEX (either using reactPSN or the patches released by exetrimall etc).
-BD playback is lost (although I have read that it can be patched back using a modified 3.55 DEX).
-probably other limitations I'm not aware of
Currently, if I have to choose between this new free method or spending another $60 for a dongle, I will choose a dongle since it's much easier to get working, and because TB has released the patches for all the games I have wanted to play (with the exception of 1 or 2 games).
Of course, some of these limitations I have mentioned for CEX-DEX will probably be fixed in the near future. The CEX-DEX conversion process continues to be simplified, and there may be an easier, linux-free method in the near future. Furthermore, the methods for playing backups (both <3.55 and >3.55), DLC, etc will likely become easier and could also lead to improved game compatibility.
Lastly, the existence of a free solution, alongside a paid solution may finally lead to some peace in the PS3 scene. If you want to play 3.60+ games on your PS3 and don't want to pay (either legally purchased or pirated), just convert from CEX to DEX. If you want an easy method and don't mind paying a fair price for a dongle (the cost of one game), then get the older or newer TB and enjoy. Of course, the PS3 scene is notorious for endless bickering, conspiracy theories, and bullshit, so even if people stop caring about TB they will probably fight over something else.
