I think I might sell it instead of upgrading, maybe someone will get more fun out of it.

What do you think this one is worth? I have someone who is willing to pay € 150, but I was expecting a little more?

Also, anyone knows a good place to sell one?

Truthfully, I haven't seen these ps3s sell for that high.... they tend to sell for what a upgraded ps3 sells for from what I've seen.

If i want to update to OFW, do I just need to remove al emulators and homebrew in XMB? Or do they need to be removed more thouroughly?

You can just uninstall them via XMB, although if you want a fail-safe method, should Sony ban a MFW-installed/homebrew-installed PS3 unit, then uninstall the applications, wipe the HDD and start from scratch.
