Sorry, that's what you get when you are batch downloading / renaming / adding them... there might be a few slipped errors trough.

I'm currently sorting out all the DLC/Update, mini, and PSX patches to add them also

I have not figured out yet if these are eboot or pkg, because if they are pkg is not clear to me how to start a backup copy ... someone i light up?
Otherwise most of these 'cracked' psn games does not serve to nothing if they do not have to work with the backup copy made from the disk.
