I have been seeing all over the internet the 4.21 PS3 Jailbreak. I was wondering is it a legit jailbreak download or some bs?
I use to have mine 3.55 Kmeaw CFW but a stupid mistake switched it to the orignal FW. So I was wondering if there is still
any luck for me to jailbreak without buying anykind of equipment or dongle. Thanks guys...

There is no 4.21 cfw. Anything you see not posted here as news is fake and can brick your ps3.

PS. There is no 4.21 JB. I don't know how naive can you be to believe YouTube or blogspot that such JB exists. Let me guess - you actually used one of those magic CFW and that is how you are on OFW now?

after a lot of persuasion, my parents finally got me a brand new ps3. now, i want to jailbreak it without bricking it so that i can play some games without having to spend shitloads of money. i am very new to this so please bear with me. mine is a slim ps3 with firmware version 4.21 and model number '3008a'. so, can it be done?

please help me.

PS: if this is a very noob question to ask (which im guessing it is) please help me by pointing me in the right direction. coz i have googled a lot and cant find a solution. maybe im googling the wrong terms. idk. any help would be greatly aprreciated

Nope, not yet - when there IS an official announcement of a jailbreak, then you'll see it on the legitimate news sites, such as PS3Crunch, Tortuga-Cove, PSX-Scene, ConsoleCrunch, Dash-hacks, and PS3Hax (they BLATANTLY state that there's no CFW-based jailbreak on the front-page/forum homepage), just to name a few, but remember this: DON'T, and I mean, DON'T rely on blog-posts/Youtube/other questionable news sources.
