I have instaled QAFlag from Rebug and when i start it, i ear the "bip" from the PS3 and the XMB restarts, but no hidden debug menu appears.
If i use the famous button combination, then the hidden debug menu appears.
How do i know if the QAflag from Rebug is really "active"?! Do i need to do then the button sequence, to active the QAflag, prior the cex2dex procedures?
If button combo work it is mean that QA Flag is set. On CFW Rebug 3.55.2-6 and -7 I haven't showed this option (only debug update ones if I set it to Debug options).
For CEX2DEX you don't need this flag. I remove it before start playing with Linux etc. (I have afraid that could be affect something and no one can answer me in these times about QA on DEX so I choose to remove it for minimize risk). And on DEX is useless.
Well, the PS3jig didn't work for me (PSP 6.60 Pro C). I heard that it only works on 5.50, I guess. So I had to buy the E3 Card Reader and after that, I unbricked my PS3 with it. I hope I helped you
My psp is on 5.00, I wonder will the psp be capable of toggling FSM if I update to 5.50?
Accidentally used DEX2CEX function of ReactPSN2.22 and got semibricked. Trying to flash any firmware using the lv2diag and a PS3UPDAT.PUP results in an error(both DEX and CEX firmwares). The errors given are 0x8002F149(Rogero DEX FW) and 0x8002F157( any CEX FW).
Used E3 Card Reader to set FSM, but the next step gives this.
Any suggestions appreciated.
