    However, I can't encrypt the ELF back to BIN. Maybe it's because I don't know how to use makeself, maybe the tools I'm using are outdated, or maybe the private key in the pack is bogus, but the file I get is about the same size of the ELF, instead of 10 MB as the original BIN.

    i think its because its not compressed back so size is different give me a minute let me upload a "fixed" eboot and you can check it to see if it works with la noir
