I used the patch and installed Harley's Revenge. The DLC loaded, but told me I needed to install the latest game update to play. The game plays flawlessly except for DLC, and if it matters I'm using TB CFW v2 and 2.7.
The DLC that I had was an 800MB pkg. I got it from another site. Said to use E3 1.04 update. So I did. Then install the 800MB DLC pkg, then their fix. The game itself loads fine, but if I try to play Harley's revenge from the menu sceen of the game the DLC will load and play to the point where Robin lands on the roof. The it goes to a screen inside the game says you need the latest title update to play DLC, so my guess is what i have doesn't work with TB. I dunno really. Never looked into DLC myself at all until the last couple days. Also I have all other DLC installed and it is working with TB. The other DLC I installed the old fashioned way using reACT.
Arkham city GOTY edition works with TB eboot and E3 modified update 1.04
Actually I haven't tried that update but the way I did it was to get the GOTY edition, use the TB patched eboot and then use the E3 modified 1.04 update.
1) apply the update
2) replace the eboot with the TB eboot or the ebootfix with the 3.60 keys.
3) change the SFO file to say the correct region code bles or blus to match the update.
4) play
Now when you first launch the game you won't see harley quinns revenge DLC show up until you start the story and exit. Also you have to beat the game first before the mission maps show up. Now to use any suit in the story use this code before you launch a saved file. Left, Left, Down, Down, Left, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down

i just had to load it via the disc option lol
thanks i will try the button combo later when the kids have bogged off.
ok so i managed to grab some DLC which is a pkg. goood lol
but there is also a rap file,what the hell do i do with that?

i have ps3 - latest TB CFW, 2.7 dongle FW - BLUS-30538 - #7.pkg files of DLC (HARLEY QUINN, CATWOMAN, NIGHTWING, ROBIN,
ALL CHARACTERS SKINS, CHALLENGE MAP & BATSUIT SKINS)
i had original eboot and .sfo from retail disc
ZOMBIEKILLAS 1.04 update .pkg
BLUS30538_BATMAN_AC_ALL-DLC_FIX.pkg
and the above DLC
Game was on external with TB eboot and TB.sfo,
IMPORTANT; BEFORE YOU START - SWAP OUT THE TB EBOOT AND TB .SFO FOR THE ORIGINALS THAT CAME WITH RETAIL DISK
load MM choose the game press x, exit to xmb
INSTALL ZOMBIEKILLAS 1.04 update .pkg
INSTALL all DLC, Then apply BLUS30538_BATMAN_AC_ALL-DLC_FIX.pkg,
FOLLOWED by ZOMBIEKILLAS 1.04 update .pkg - AGAIN
Im still having problems... is it working on internal??? I have both US and EUR backups already but I am still having a black screen in internal. I dont have a USB2.0 external drive so im hoping if someone could help me to make this work on internal.
Been doing this for the last couple of days now. It gets my blood pressure to rise up already!!!
