help , I can't find .ps3 folder in c:cygwin even though I uncheck hidden files

Ok, I am basically fucked up here, because I was trying to get this tales graces DLC working , i looked up the method here:

""The get_idps dump is already in the correct format for Cygwin.
Copy the "idps" dump from your usb device to "c:/cygwin/home/YourUsername/.ps3".

^ I did that already, but in my c:/cygwin/home/YourUsername/ <<< , it still doesn't have .ps3 folder , and when I tried to create .ps3 folder, it said :"Rename: you must type a file name"
So yeah, now I can't proceed to the next step because I'm stuck here. What should I do?

Here is a .ps3 folder.
Just extract to c:/cygwin/home/YourUsername/

to create that type of folder manually, from the command prompt type mkdir .ps3
