trouble again, I can't execute rap2rif command [with screenshot]

Again, I'm sorry if I post thread again, I am seriously getting headache figuring out how to get this tales of graces F DLC working.
Anyway , I did everything the tutorial said: I got idps, and act.dat already in the proper folder and everything.
But when its time for me to execute rap2rif, it didn't working at all : Here's the screenshot:



Any solution?

Christ! Thats alot of raps costumes I'm guessing, ive never played this game nor have I tried a Japanese title DLC with it. I dont know why cygwin is showing all the raps unless you did that on purpose to show how many there were. Secondly -bash: rap2rif: command not found means cygwin cant find the rap2rif.exe file, it needs to be in the bin folder of cygwin, so in cygwin/bin. Also on that 2nd one which doesnt matter because it couldnt find rap2rif.exe anyway you typed .rip ( easy mistake, so watch out for that).
