    QUESTION - Downgrade PS3 Slim from 4.20

    Hi there,

    I have a PS3 Slim with (MinVerChk - 3.41). I have it on 4.20 firmware. By any means, can I downgrade it to 3.55?

    Theoretically you should, but now that depends on your PS3 model

    Yes you do - E3 for NORs and for those who dislike soldering, and Progskeet for the solder-savvy basically.

    Yeah, really complete guide, thanks for pointing this tut out! I totally dislike soldering, so I'll just stick with the E3 xD
    And the E3 flasher guide is not complete. Guess I'll have to see some YouTube videos.

    But when you install the E3 Flasher, you have to have certain files, the 4.20 downgrade files, right?
    What kind of files are?
