Could be an internal 'cache' issue. -- Firefox after a while has table storing issues. -- And IE9 is famous for caching CSS files and javascript even if you tell it to empty them on exit, and the website is telling it that either its been updated or the 'no-cache' flag is set.
Try removing all temp files, not sure how to do that with 'SeaMonkey', as I never used that browser yet.
And for those not reading the FIRST POST that been updated, the 360 side now has 'Twitter' and 'Facebook' working full speed ahead.
