Transferring DEX IDPS for PSN access ?

if someone with a real debug unit dumped their IDPS, maybe there will be a way to transfer it to out converted PS3s ?
someone tell me who this wont work

No one will give You IDPS from vaild Debug unit. It's even pointless because Sony will blacklist it in blink of an eye.
