There is no such thing as "debug" keys. Debug/dev-kit eboot.bin/sprx/self files are never encrypted - it is just that scetool can't handle such files. Aldo already fixed that in mmDM 02.01.02 by using another tool.

@aldo thanks a lot for the new version...is not working for me (bad file or not supported vesion of eboot.bin - i used the debug eboot from the debug pkg found HERE)...unself.exe need some dll to work (cyggcc_s_1.dll and maybe others)...
